  My computer is now all up t date and running perfectly. I get the same error Roger. Guess what? Wait for the update to complete. When I went in, they had check marks alongside of what should be deleted so once I deleted it and rebooted, still had the same problem.  


Upgrade windows 10 1709 to latest version



  Set Startup type to Disabled and select OK.
